Some ebook authors are worried that their electronic works of art will just be stolen or shared via email or through web sites. That's why they resort to copy-protection. Others, on the other hand, prefer to make these electronic copies easy to use (zero copy-protection), because it helps drive sales of the paper or printed edition.

Microsoft inches into government CRM market. "Microsoft's Great Plains unit will stop selling Siebel's customer relationship management (CRM) software. Gartner believes that could pave the way for a Microsoft CRM offering that meets the specific needs of governments."
Post a message to the future. "Want to send a message to your future descendants that will be read in 500 centuries' time? The nonprofit 'KEO' program is putting together a time capsule that will orbit Earth in a satellite for 50,000 years and then return to the planet. The group, headed by a French scientist, is in India seeking messages."

Do you want to receive SMS txt messages from your web site? I was wondering how that could be done, since I don't have access to email during weekends. Good thing I stumbled upon this service that offers SMS Solutions.
It's great because you can test it for free, then once you avail of the paid service, you can choose how much to prepay.
Some possible applications
+ Customer service, CRM
+ Marketing via sms text (no more manual 'send to many' afternoons, right?)
+ Instant alerts (you can program your servers to txt you when they're down)
+ Impress your friends with personalized txts (instead of 'hello ppl' use 'hello [firstname]' so although you send the "same" message, it will be adjusted depending on the recipient)
Here's a bonus for those who sign up for the paid service -- I'll help you program your web site so you can get sms txts from the web on specific days or times, especially if you host your web site at Host4Profit, which is where Viloria.com is hosted.
Anyway, check out this interesting Email to SMS Solution today, and test-drive it for free.
(Yes, it works with Globe and SMART.)

How can we get our kids to read, or to love reading? What's the big deal, you ask? It's just a theory but perhaps reading will improve one's writing.
So what? Well, if your children were to apply for a job and their prospective boss asked them to write an essay, do you suppose those who love to read will come up with something like this -- [more]

Ever experience those days when no matter how you turn something around in your mind, you still don't get it? No matter how you analyze and break things down to their interdependent parts, the answer sometimes eludes you. And so you give up and in your frustration vandalize a wall or even the web with your "I still don't get it" ramblings.
Thankfully, some people take the time to help you find the answers. To help you take things less seriously. To open your eyes to the fact the Life can be fun in between those "serious" moments. To nudge your world with the reality that it's not all documentary shows out there.
Afterall, there's Kris Aquino and there's "Game Ka Na Ba?"
