Looking for cooking information on corn? I often munch on sweet corn. You can get them either at the supermarket or along Katipunan Ave (there are some stalls along the side of the road, near Ateneo).
I've sometimes wondered what was the secret of soft, munchable corn. On some days, things are perfect. On others, I end up banging the corn on the table. Care to share any tips when it comes to preparing corn?
Here's one tip -- when boiling corn, please don't add salt to the water. Or you'll end up with tough corn.
