Venare is a 74.4-hectare residential development composed of rolling terrain, and gives you a refreshing cool and peaceful breeze because Nuvali is 180 meters above sea level.

Venare has four parks (each with its own unique theme). In the middle of the development is a 3-hectare Central Park split-level Clubhouse, which has a Scenic Lobby, Function Rooms, Playgrounds, Swimming Pools, and Open Lawns.

As you can see, Venare is an eco-friendly environment. There are two phases, and lot sizes range from 203 to 450 square meters. Venare is also quite near the 50-hectare "WALA Zone", which stands for "Water, Air, Land, and Adventure Sports." If you like wakeboarding, for example, be sure to visit the WALA Zone.

Venare is Alveo Land's latest addition to the Great Southern Venture. The unveiling will be held at the New World Hotel on Wednesday, 26 May 2010 from 6:00pm onwards.
