St. Paul College Pasig - Alternative Education Program

Do you want to save on childcare cost while ensuring that your art- or sports-focused child still gets a quality education?

St. Paul College - Pasig is offering the SPCP Alternative Education Program, a curricular approach the combines both online and on-campus learning.

Amazing! While quality instruction is delivered online, your child's education will be further enhanced by the traditional or school setting.

This program is open to all incoming Grade 5, 6, 7 and First/Second/Third/Fourth Year high school female students.

Just to be clear: It is NOT a home study program.

While this form of "Blended Education" has individualized, student-centered, and differentiated learning components, teachers still take an active role in supervising your child's education. The offline meetings help ensure that your child develops non-academic skills.

There are two tracks that allow you to finish the program on your own, or with a small group.

For example, in Track A, athletes, celebrities or students pursuing special interest in the arts might not be able to attend a regular school with regular class schedules. In this case, the student does not belong to any particular class or group. His or her specific schedule will be set for both online and on-campus meetings and activities. The program is completed within the schoolyear.

In another example, Track B, students who live far from school or outside Metro Manila (or even overseas students), or those who have difficulty traveling to the school can enroll in a small class (maximum: 10 students per class). A regular or common schedule will be set for the class.

You can probably see how practical and convenient this will be for your child to acquire an education. Save on gasoline and transportation expenses and time. Plus, you will also reduce the stress associated with bringing your child to school and back home.

The program helps learners achieve a holistic form of development, which is the primary goal of a Paulinian education.

Please note that this is the same as the existing regular curricular program of St. Paul College, Pasig, a Catholic educational institution for girls. SPCP was granted the Highest Level of Accreditation Status in Basic Education by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU), and the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).
