Eton Properties Updates - March 2009

I received a number of news and the latest updates from Paolo Flores of Eton Properties regarding the Philippine real estate scene.

The Eton Residences Greenbelt Construction updates

The project has already poured concrete for the Elevator at Area 3, Basement 1 at Areas 2 & 4, and the retaining walls. Basement foundation is currently ongoing at a full blast stage. The target date for construction of upper floors will be at the end of the quarter.

Eton Emerald Lofts Milestone dates released

The Eton Company has released the target dates of the construction process until project is ready. So far, it is up to date with regard to the current improvements in the project lot. Excavation works is almost finished as expected. The start for the full blast construction of the project will begin on May 15 2009 after approval of the General Contractor that will take place on the last week of April.

Belton Place goes full blast

Since the start of the construction of Belton Place Makati, the project is seeing a boost in quarter sales compared to other Eton projects.

2BR - 1 unit

Eton Parkview Greenbelt early on schedule

Demolition works that were supposed to begin this year was started earlier and were completed ahead of schedule. Excavation and construction works will be expected to start within the month. Given these activities, buyers are assured that it will be delivered on time by Dec 2011. The Groundbreaking Ceremony for Eton Parkview Greenbelt is scheduled on March 26, 2009 at 4.00 P.M. Clients and Parkview buyers are more than welcome to attend the event.

Eton Baypark Manila engineering works completed

The Propping System has been completed for the Manila Bay project. Method of statement of backfill and compaction were already already completed last Feb 19, 2009. Construction works for the upper floors will start on the 2nd quarter of the year.

Eton Launches new Townhomes project in heart of QC

Eton Properties Philippines has launched another project located in C. Roces, Quezon City. 68 Roces Townhomes. A high end townhomes project complete with amenities and modern architecture.

All units follow a modern architecture similar to the Ortigas Development, Luntala project.A 2.8 hectare townhomes community complete with a .5 hectare retail strip. The design conforms with the famous developments in China.

Eton Green Podium Commercial Slots this Mar. 26

The Green Podium of One Archers Place project is now accepting reservations for the Commercial units. The Green Podium is 2 floors of commercial units for sale in One Archers Place located beside the Bro. Andrew Gonzales Hall. The project has generated the most Letter of Intents, so now the company has decided to release it this March 26. It will be expected to sell out the units before the month of April ends.

The 1st batch of commercial spaces opened was a success as 80% has been sold before 1 week. Remaining commercial units priced at 10 M above. Units starting at the P 2 M range sold out on the 1st day. Since the One Archers Place got the most Letter of Intents, a lot of demand are expected so reservations were advised before said date of Mar 26.
