Here are the latest developments in the Philippine real estate scene, as far as Eton Properties Philippines is concerned (February 2009).

SELECTED ETON ORTIGAS LOFTS AT P 2.5M ONLY

Eton Properties Phils. Inc. is accepting bids and Letter of Interest for those interested in purchasing commercial space at an Eton Project.

Eton has furnished the Account Managers the floorplans and other forms for qualified clients. Bids were already submitted starting 1st week of February.

The One Archers Place "Green Podium" has so far the most bids and LOI's generated since it is near the De La Salle University and at the same time has the most commercial spaces and smaller cuts in the project list.

The Makati projects offer bigger sizes that target major companies within the vicinity.

Other locations include ETON CENTRIS, Quezon City, ETON CYBERPOD Ortigas, Eton Emerald Lofts, and the Eton Parkview Greenbelt.
