The half-day event runs from 9am to 12 noon, and is organized by the Internet Society Program and Janette Toral. Manuel L. Quezon III will give a talk on Blogging and the Philippine Elections, where he provides a review of how bloggers played a role in the past Philippine elections. Janette Toral will present ways for bloggers to participate more effectively in the 2010 elections, and Rachel Khan will moderate the insights and exchange of ideas portion which caps the event. This event is free. As seats are limited, you are encouraged to register ahead of time. I wonder who the presidentiables will send to this event.
