Best Kept Secret in Pinoy Podcasting

Manong Guard and Kid Flash X are back, after their lengthy hiatus which began last Dec 2006.

If some of you are wondering what a podcast is, check these out:

1. A podcast offers downloadable audio/video. People can choose to listen/watch the show using their computers.

2. A podcast has an RSS feed. This allows people to subscribe and automatically download the mp3/mp4 files to their computers each time there's a new episode available. These downloads can also be automatically sent to your MP3 players.

3. A podcast can be listened to or viewed even if you're no where near your computer.
