How can podcasting benefit real estate brokers?

Podcasting helps you expand your marketing exposure. For example, in the Ultimate Guide to Podcasting, you'll be able to use podcasting to:

1. Give virtual tours (may include video)
2. Provide walking tours
3. Hold audio seminars (train fellow brokers)
4. Radio show format (interview buyers, brokers, builders)
5. Announce events

Mary McKnight records her podcast using the Olympus WS-100, and the sample recording is pretty clear (except for the occasional bzzzzzt's). She also offers a quick tutorial on her site on how to start podcasting.

Perhaps in the future, more real estate brokers will try podcasting.
