Speak Tagalog VideoI've just uploaded a quick "Learn To Speak Tagalog" video in YouTube. [an error occurred while processing this directive]The Tagalog words featured in the under-two-minutes videocast are "Nagkagulo" (when things go awry or when there's a disturbance/fight) and "Nagkagalit" (when people get angry with each other). I even used those two words in a song.
The inspiration came after lunch, when some relatives brought The Ultimate Tony Bennett CD, and my dad joked around with the lyrics of "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" (see Track 6). I got surprised that my in-laws, who are more than a decade older than my dad, were also aware of the joke. Looks like music does bridge the generation gap.
