Anvaya Cove

Located some 20 minutes from the Subic Freeport, Anvaya Cove is Ayala Land's first leisure community.

I wonder if there is some kind of return to nature trend, since most of the offerings in Anvaya Cove focus on the sea, natural marine life, outdoor activities, water sports, and family bonding.

In fact, their brochure states that all you need to bring is your family. If ever you forget to bring your laptop, they will have a unit available for your use. If ever you forget to bring clothes or towels, you'll find something to use in Anvaya. So, just bring your family.

Before you can own any real estate, you'll need to buy shares. A total of 1,950 Class B shares and 500 Class C shares are offered. Individuals and juridical entities (corporations, associations and partnerships) are allowed to own Class B shares, while only juridical entities are allowed to own Class C shares.
