If you don't have hours to spend in a gym, why not get fit with a treadmill?

Lindsay Tanner writes in Many Teens Would Flunk Treadmill Tests that "About a third of U.S. teens would flunk a treadmill fitness test, a new study shows, meaning that more than 7 million youngsters could face higher risks for heart disease later in life."

My friends were talking about how walking helps them get fit. Over lunch, Nick suggested that we walk at 11KPH with a 1.5 degree incline for about 30 minutes. Reggie asked about 5KPH and Nick said "lakad matanda lang yan" (that's the pace for old folks)

Looking around the table at my and my friends' waistlines, I wondered about available treadmills.
