Sharing Online Photo AlbumsMore and more people are sharing their photo albums online. And why not? It beats yanking out those heavy plastic albums from dusty cabinets, plus it works even when your relatives live far away. [an error occurred while processing this directive]Recently, my friend Noel shared some photos of his family. Instead of emailing me large file attachments, all he did was point me to a web page where all the photos are automatically and neatly arranged according to categories you specify. M: Nice photos. Did you use a digital camera? Hmmm... Noel did not use a scanner, but he was able to easily share his photos online even if he did not use a digital camera. So I did a bit of searching and found Walmart's Photo Center Help Page. I wonder if they offer such a service here in the Philippines. Develop your roll of film and, for a nominal fee, have these scanned and made available for download online, so that you can easily upload them to your free online photo album at Yahoo, for example. Most of these online photo album services allow you a free trial. Either you use it for some period of time, or you are given a certain amount of space for your photos. If you wish to use the service longer, or if you need more space, that's the time you pay for the premium service. There are many companies offering this, so why not give these online photo albums a try today. Afterall, you can protect your privacy by using passwords or by sending the web page address of your album only to your friends and relatives. Have fun and enjoy putting your photo albums online! :-)
