Last December was the first time my family and I finally got to go to Enchanted Kingdom. Enchanted, I think, opened just as I was pregnant with Adi or right after I gave birth that we didn't have time to go at all. Then, Ali came and so it took some time again.

I heard mass this morning and the priest had a pretty good homily. The Gospel today is about a man who was near the pool at Bethesda. The man had been sick for 38 years but is told by Jesus: "Get up, pick up your mat, and walk." For years, the man had been lying near the pool but could not get in because no one could help him. Jesus heals the man, of course, after asking him: "Do you want to get well?"

Sorry about that missed Moon Day entry this week. Things have been pretty full at home and at work. Adi's last day was today so you can just imagine mom preparing reviewers. As for the office, everyone suddenly wants to meet up with us.

Have been running my own Pulse Angel and SWS (Sana Wag Susan's) surveys with people I know and am amazed that two months to elections, there are still quite a number of people who have not decided on whom to vote for. The good news is when you ask these people, they reply: "Nag-iisip pa." or "Still thinking." To me, that's a good sign.

The web has really allowed me to meet lots of people whom I am not most likely to meet under normal circumstances. One such person is Honorio or Noi Cruz - one of the Dionatext winners and who also won Textanaga and Dalitext. So as I told him, he has won all the "contexts" sponsored by the National Commission on Culture and Arts and by the UP Institute of Creative Writing.
