Mothers Club: Christmas Arrangements and Roasting

Celia Elumba provided me with the following information about the October activity of Mothers Club Bel-Air Center. This will be on October 18, 2007 at 2pm at 8 Leo St. Bel Air 3 (Mimie Huang's residence).

Activities for that day will be as follows:

Christmas arrangements using real flowers and ornaments by Anton Barretto and Leah Puyat

Roasting for Flavor by Ludette Mossesgeld Moy (featuring Glazed Roast Turkey or chicken with warm apple salsa). A sub-topic will be Choosing the Right Roasting Pan.

The above activities are very timely considering that the Christmas season is fast approaching. You will learn to make your home more attractive and colorful and you will also find out how to prepare yummy roast chicken or turkey to impress your family and friends during the holidays.
