Hillsdale Shopping Center

Hillsdale Shopping Center is located at Sixty 31st Avenue, San Mateo, California. Shopping hours are from 10am to 9pm on Mondays to Saturdays and from 11 am to 7pm on Sundays.

Hillsdale Shopping Center has 4 department stores, namely: Macy's, Mervyn's, Nordstrom, and Sears. While vacationing in California, we did some shopping there at See's Candies, Victoria's Secret, and at Bath and Body Works. Most of the things we bought were for "pasalubongs" or gifts to give to family and friends when we got back to Manila.

Aside from the shops were we bought stuff, Hillsdale Shopping Center likewise has stores like Disney Store, Ann Taylor, Bishop's Hallmark, among others.

We were at the mall on a weekday and we noticed that there were very few people shopping or even going around the mall. I guess Manila people are just more fond of "malling" that even if you went to a mall on a working day, you will be able to find a significant number of people shopping or even just loitering around and cooling themselves.
