European Cruise Vacations

Have you ever been on a cruise? I haven't but one of these days, I will definitely try that out.

Some of my relatives have gone on European cruise vacations in recent years and plan to go on more cruises in the future. They talk about the plentiful food, interesting activities on board, and the friends that they make while cruising. Come to think of it, it must be quite relaxing to go to several destinations and just stay in one room, all at the same time! No more packing and unpacking. You just ride the plane once or twice, board your cruise ship, and it's off to several countries or points of interest.

I saw an advertisement for Celebrity Cruises quite recently. European cruise vacations will run anywhere from 7 to 14 days, depending on where you are going. You can choose from the following destinations: Western Mediterranean, Scandinavia and Russia, Eastern Mediterranean, and Mediterranean, among others. You can choose to book a cruise only (and fix your flights separately, I suppose) or you can choose a fly and cruise package, via an airline like KLM, for example.

For cruise only packages, the high-end rates range from USD 1,810 per person to USD 2,900. For the fly and cruise packages, the rates range from USD 2,460 to USD 3,040 per person. Quite hefty right? Well, no one said travel comes cheap.

If you are interested to check out the available cruises in the market, you can go visit www.celebrity.com

To reach them in Manila, you may call them at (632) 894-3957.

Happy cruising!
