Chestal Honey Homeopathic Cough Syrup

Most of the time, when kids are sick, parents have a difficult time making kids drink or take the required medication. Most medicines taste yucky and that, might as well be, the understatement of the year.

An aunt of mine who used to live in the US, gave us Chestal Honey Homeopathic Cough Syrup. Homeopathic medicines are made from mineral, botanical, and biological substances. Such medicines are made from "very diluted substances that stimulate our body's natural resources."

Chestal tastes like honey. It actually tastes good so I have no problem making my kids take it. It is supposed to relieve coughs and loosen chest congestion. Recently, I have had a bout with a very bad virus and I still have some cough to this day. I tried taking Chestal for more than a day and my feeling did improve. Chestal calls for a dose of two teaspoons every two hours for adults. Too bad, I already finished what was left of it so I can't take anymore. Anyway, the cough is almost gone and I will try to drive it away in the next few days by drinking lots of water to flush the phlegm out.

If you are interested to find out or learn more about homoepathic medicine, you may want to read through www.boironusa.com . Boiron is the maker of Chestal and other homeopathic medicines.
