Singelringen: The Ring for Singles

Singelringen is a Swedish term for "single ring." If there are engagement rings and wedding rings, then singelringen is the ring for single people.

Makes sense, doesn't it? If you are happily single (and not at all looking), you can wear your singelringen as some sort of "ring of honor." If you are single but looking for a partner, wearing that ring while you go to parties or other occasions where you can meet other singles who can become prospective partners will make it very clear to anyone and everyone that you are available.

The singelringen is made of turquoise acrylic and sterling silver. In the Philippines, I heard that it retails for over about P2,500 so if you are a single male or female, you may want to gift yourself with a singelringen this Valentine's Day!
