Ange and Her Sweet Life: Frozen Brazo and Other Goodies

I recently received e-mail from Ange, a sixteen year-old baker. She also makes Frozen Brazo (which she calls Sweet Surrender) and other items like Chocolate Lust (which is a chocolate mousse cake).

I have yet to try her products personally but I am glad to see young people with entrepreneurial spirit. Based on her price list, which she sent to me promptly, upon my request, she also offers the following items: cookies, bars, pies, muffins, and other cakes. Her prices are very reasonable, with prices ranging from P100 to P700, depending on the item that you wish to order.

As to her products' shelf life, her cakes, muffins, and cupcakes stay fresh for 3 days (if properly stored; she will indicate how the product should be stored) while her cookies and bars can last up to a week if stored at room temperature. Her Frozen Brazo can be kept for a week or two in the freezer but even if we haven't tried it yet, we doubt if it will last that long.
