If you are still looking for food to give away this Christmas season, you may want to try Pia Lim-Castillo's Gourmet Food Specialties or Fusion Cuisine. We have not tried these personally as of yet but will do so one of these days.

She offers appetizers and pasta surprises (pasta sauces); finger food (am very interested in the mini duck siopao and her crescents); smoked food; and olive oil cake. She also offers carabao milk products -- e.g. cheese, yogurt, and pastillas, among others.

For the carabao milk products, you will have to place your orders on a Sunday, for pick up by Wednesday. You can place your orders until December 17 for a December 20 pick-up. After that, you can order again starting January 10.

For the other goods, please give Pia a few days' notice to ensure that she can serve your orders.

All goods are for pick up at 26 Narra Avenue, South Forbes Park, Makati. You may call at 729-5413 in Metro Manila, Philippines. Look for Jane or Melot. For Quezon City customers, there is a Xavierville pick-up point. I am still in the process of getting the details on that one. Will share it with you once I get hold of it. Shelf life of the products would be a week or so as Pia does not use any preservatives. Pia has been very responsive and helpful through e-mail so do check her products out.
