I've been writing about Mom's and Tina's Bakery Cafe over the years now. Mom's and Tina's has supplied me with yummy party food (I don't cook! I can, when forced, but cooking is really not one of my interests), attractive and delicious Christmas goodies to give away to friends and family, and quite recently, they are now focusing more on catering services too.

You can contact them for your catering inquiries. Tina Santos, owner of Mom's and Tina's says that a client can state his or her budget (per head), and they can come up with a suggested menu for you.

For food orders, please give a few days' notice. For catering services, it would be good if you inquired early (maybe a month or so before the event, earlier for really big events) so you can be sure they can accommodate you.

During our last celebration, by the way, we got to try their canonigo which my daughter just likes so much. Canonigo is a spanish dessert made of egg whites, topped with a thin sheet of caramel on top, and served with custard sauce. Think brazo de mercedes without the egg yolk center. We enjoyed the canonigo a lot. It was light, fluffy, and the sauce was not too sweet. Perfect for our taste.
