Managerial Accounting Techniques for Decision-Making Seminar

The "course is designed to expose participants to the theory and practice of selecting and analyzing managerial and financial accounting information for internal use by managers for decision-making, planning, directing, and control purposes. Some of the aspects that will be covered are: break-even analysis; make or buy decisions; and the like.

Resource Speaker is Mr. Epimaco Densing III. Mr. Densing is currently the Principal of Densing & Associates, CPAs. Previously, he had worked with Lapanday Foods Corporation and Monterey Farms Corporation. He is a professor at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and at the Thames International Business School, an affiliate of the University of Cambridge in London. Mr. Densing finished his MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
