Embroidery and Embroidered Items

I was at the Zonta Club of Manila 1 and ADBSA International Bazaar yesterday at the Grand Ballroom, Bel-Air, Forbes, and Dasmariņas Rooms, Hotel Intercon in Makati and picked up a few things here and there. If you missed it yesterday, there's another one scheduled on November 20, still at the same venues, from 8am to 8pm.

Entrance fee is P50.

The mix of merchandise was pretty good though probably pricier than at the usual bazaars. I will be writing about some of the stuff I purchased as you may want to consider these for your Christmas gift-giving too.

I got some "undergarments bags" at Las Bordadoras. These are drawstring pouches, made of brightly-colored, satin-y material, with cute embroideries. The bags have a lining inside so you can also probably put some wet stuff (e.g. bathings suits, swimgear) in it when travelling.

These bags are very attractive and useful too, particularly for people who travel a lot. You can put your undergarments in before putting them in your suitcase for better organization of your stuff.

Aside from undergarments bags, I saw some laundry bags, pillows -- regular size and throw pillows -- being sold.
