When In Love With a Filipina

A reader writes asking for advice as he has fallen in love with a Filipina. What advice can I give?

Learn the language. Try to get along with her "big" family and her close group of friends. Get used to texting or SMS. Those are some of the things that I could think of specifically for Pinoys. As for the other stuff, I suppose it's not much different from what needs to be done for all women alike. Take time to know her. Show interest in her interests.
