Parents will have great flexibility in telling the story as they will not be bound by the words of the book. Pictures here truly paint a thousand words. The only page with text is also quite creative, with all the lines rhyming. The text is entitled: The Flood and was translated from Dutch by Peter Spier. WHAT DO OUR KIDS LEARN? This book is a good way to start your kids on Bible stories. Get them interested in characters from the Bible so that eventually, they will be regular Bible readers themselves. Noah's Ark is a great story. It is about Noah who was so obedient, doing everything that God commanded him to do. It is about a God, who even in his anger with the world, spared Noah's family and a few of each living creature to ensure that life will go on. It is about God's great promise that a flood will never again destroy all living beings. Then again, let us all strive to live our lives well and according to God's plan and purpose - for He only promised about a flood...
