Moon Day Entry: Three Minutes to End Your Day

It was Trinity Sunday yesterday. During the sermon of the mass we attended, the officiating bishop suggested that we set aside 3 minutes at the end of the day to reflect and pray.

The first minute, devote to thinking about all the good things that happened to you during the day. Thank God the Father for all the blessings that you have received.

During the second minute, think about all the bad/negative things that you have done. Pray to Jesus after and seek forgiveness.

In the third minute, think about events that you look forward to and all the things that you have to attend to in the future. Pray to the Holy Spirit for guidance and direction.

A brief three minutes to end your day properly. We would have prayed to the Blessed Trinity. We would have realized how blessed we are. We would also be humbled by our shortcomings and makes examination of our conscience a regular thing. We would obtain enlightenment as we face the days to come.

Three minutes to a better life. Three minutes to a deeper faith. Three minutes to a more enjoyable sleep. Have a good week!
