Moon Day Entry: From Distress to De-StressHave you ever had one of those days when things don't feel right? When you can't seem to have things as you want them? If you haven't, you're either abnormal or dead. It happens to everyone, myself included. [an error occurred while processing this directive]One thing I noticed about such episodes that come and go, at least for me, is that these days usually come when I'm too busy to pray. I pray daily - as you also probably do - but sometimes, you cut your prayer time short as you have to rush off to do other things. I've had several occasions already to prove this. Regular prayer leads to de-stress(ing). Lack of prayer can result in distress. Am back to my usual self and just this afternoon, I prayed for a message and this is what I got: "Do not give yourself over to sorrow, and do not distress yourself deliberately. A joyful heart is life itself, and rejoicing lengthens one's life span..." Sirach 30:21-22. So have a stress-free week everyone! True joy can be found right where you are.
