Paskong COD, Paskong GreenhillsIf your age is not too far away from mine, chances are your parents brought you to COD, a department store in Cubao, Quezon City for the annual Christmas display. Well, fret no more that COD has closed shop. The display is back, for your very own kids to see, and right next to the Greenhills tiangge. [an error occurred while processing this directive]We brought Adi and Ali last November 26 to view the Christmas story display. The show (lasting about 15 minutes) has schedules from 6 to 10pm daily. Adi enjoyed watching the moving figures, from the Holy Family to the Three Kings and the angel, of course - my favorite. So bring the kids! I was listening to radio once and commentator Jimmy Gil was urging people to go out and show the kids "kung ano ang pasko noong araw." (what Christmas was like before.) Kudos to Greenhills for bringing the show back. Adi liked it so much that he's excited to go back next year during the Ramadan! (Remember that November 26, Wednesday was a holiday signalling the end of Ramadan and that was why we had the chance to go). Well, Christmas displays come and go but the message of Christmas remains the same - God so loved the world that He gave us His Only Son. Joy to the world! Joy to your homes!
