A Reminder from Sta. Teresa of Avila

Yesterday was the feast day of Sta. Teresa of Avila. The Philippine Star printed the "Efficacy of Patience" and it is a good reminder for all. Once in awhile, disappointments and stress may get the better of us but we should find comfort in the following words:

"Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing scare you,
All is fleeting,
God alone is unchanging.
Patience
Everything obtains.
Who possesses God
Nothing wants.
God alone suffices."

Truly words of wisdom. Am putting it here to remind myself. :-)
