I was out practically the whole of last week. All the stress and fatigue from the last two years finally caught up with me. I rarely get sick but when I do, I'm out for days.

Have been meaning to rest in the last few weeks but work and other things kept getting in the way. Didn't listen to my body's subtle clues and whispers earlier so a louder message, which couldn't be ignored anymore, had to be delivered. Asthmatic bronchitis, that's what I had - sore throat, cough, colds, fever, and the wheezing which is what I really can't stand. Anyway, am slowly recovering my strength so things should be back to normal in a few days.

In the meantime, we should all strive to keep our bodies strong and healthy. There's a real nasty virus going around.
