Wet Weekends

Finally, the sun is out. (I can hear the hubby groaning: "Oh no, she had to say it..." But am really so happy about it being bright and sunny after two wet and dreary weekends that I, well, just had to point it out and rejoice.

I remember seeing a Snoopy poster way back which went something like this: "Into each life some rain must fall. And it's always on weekends..." You think they had Metro Manila this month in mind when they wrote that.

Anyway, I'm sure you all have your traffic and flood stories. Friday night last week was again a bummer as far as how long it took you to get home that time. Seems to happen to me (at least once) annually so I'm no longer surprised. Irritated still but no longer stunned.

Well, have a sunny week. And an even sunnier weekend...
