As Amazing As Kids Can Be

Yesterday, I gave my three-month old daughter Ali a detachable round part of her wrist rattle just to see if she could already hold on to it. She did and even proceeded to wave it in the air.

I quickly called Adi and said: "Adi, come here. Look at your sister. She can now hold things by herself..."

Adi moved swiftly and was soon standing beside me near Ali's crib. He then says: "Hey, amazing. How'd you do that, Ali?"

To which I retorted: "Hey, amazing. Where did you hear that, Adi?"

You never really know what to expect from kids - how'd they react to certain situations or what they would say. Or should we just perhaps, expect to be amazed? Daily?
