Just 11 Weeks Shorter

That was an interesting entry my husband had last Friday. About how having a son shortens a mother's life span by 34 weeks and how a daughter lengthens it by 23 weeks. Don't ask me though how my husband finds such bits and pieces on the web. He just does.

Anyway, assuming that applies to Filipino mothers, my life would now have only been shortened by 11 weeks - having Adi as a first born and having Ali after. Now all it takes is another daughter to put me ahead by 12 weeks.

Just a thought (*grin*), Daddy Manuel. That's all it is...Here's to a longer life for both of us - to enjoy with our two kids, the first and the second.
