Recurring Accidents

If my memory serves me right, the Luzon-wide blackout yesterday, was the third in a relatively short period of time. People, supposed to be in the know, attribute yesterday's power outage to some accident.

My husband always says: there are only two causes for accidents - lack of knowledge and lack of attention. Either way, our power experts in this country seem to have a lot of explaining to do.

Will this happen again? I don't know now where I read this but as they say: "If it happens once, it may never happen again. If it happens twice, it's sure to happen a third time." (And a fourth, and a fifth...)

Have your candles and flashlights ready...all the time.
