Kids and IceHappy 2002 everyone! After a few days' break, we're back to work and back on-line too. How were your holidays? Speaking of holidays, if you're about as old as me (in your mid-thirties) and Filipino, your parents probably took you to watch Holiday on Ice at the Araneta before. Personally, I don't remember when I last set foot in that place but last December 30 was nostalgia time. [an error occurred while processing this directive]Most parents look back to their childhood and wish that their own kids would have the same happy experiences they had. I remember seeing Holiday on Ice several times (even remember getting wet a bit, when I sat too near the stage)as a kid and I enjoyed it immensely. It isn't surprising then that I would bring Adi also to see Disney on Ice this year. We went last Sunday and the show was pretty entertaining. It helped that the theme was 100 years of Disney so there were numbers from several well-loved Disney films. Adi enjoyed himself. Seeing him smile throughout the show brought back memories of my happy childhood too. There are just a few days left for Disney on Ice. Catch it with your kids. If that's not possible, there's always next year. In the meantime, stay warm with your loved ones.
